Active Certified Personal Support Worker
Annual Membership Fee $75.00
Countries other than Canada Fee (CD$25.00)
An Active Personal Support Worker member shall be a health care provider of service, currently employed in a situation which requires the use of knowledge of Health Care.
Inactive Personal Support Worker
Annual Membership Fee ($25.00 plus GST)
An Inactive Personal Support Worker member shall be a Health Care provider not currently employed in a situation which requires the use of knowledge of health care.
Retired
Annual Membership Fee ($10.00 plus GST)
A Retired member shall have retired from gainful employment, which required the use of knowledge of Personal Support Worker, have been a member in good standing for the most recent 5 years and attained the age of fifty years. A Letter of request must make application to the Executive Director.
Non CPSW Member Associate
Employers in Health Care Field, Agencies in Health Care delivery of service, Insurance Companies.
Honourary
No Fee Payable
An Honorary member shall be an individual who has been recommended for honorary membership for outstanding services and contributions to the field of health service, subject to approval by the Board of Directors. No fewer than 10 active members shall sign the recommendation.
Student
Annual Membership Fee ($150.00 plus GST)
A Student member shall be currently enrolled full-time in a member college. Newsletter included. The fee is included in the Board Exam and Association Fee.
Subscriber
Annual Membership Fee ($25.00 plus GST)
A Subscriber receives NACPSW publications only.
