Curriculum

1000 hours of study and academic learning labs inclusive of the essential Anatomy, Physiology and Disease Process. 800 hours academic success and 200 hours of Internship success.

Cognitive Impairment & Mental Health Issues

Assisting to Manage Ongoing Conditions

Assisting with Medications

Major Papers, Tests and Assignments

Placements with CCS Employment Centres

 

 

Internships with CCS Employment Centres

 

In the CPSW program, students receive 120 hours of academic related labs supervised by a RPN. Students benefit with hands on skills with a 6:1 student /teacher ratio in a nursing home and/or hospital setting.

 

International Studies require 800 hours academic to apply for the Live-in Caregiver Program.
