1. Common Curriculum Group (CCG) schools and training facilities $150.00. This includes a one year membership fee.
2. Renewal fees are $75.00 and for the months of September and October all current renewals may be accessed at $50.00. Any lapsed membership will revert to the $75.00 charge rate.
3. Certified Caregiver Personal Support Worker (Non CCG Members) Exam and One Year Membership $500.00.
4. A challenge exam may be written for any individual not completing the standard 1000 hours of training. The passing grade must be 70% or higher. Proof of transcript, course hours and Internship must be faxed through to NACPSW—519-376-6772. The exam cost is $50.
5. Students without pins or lost registration may apply for a replacement fee of $35.00.
